These terms apply when you use the Cabinwise online store or place an order with us.

Orders

Prices are shown in GBP unless stated otherwise. Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, pricing or listing information is clearly incorrect, payment is not authorised, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse. If we cancel a paid order, we’ll refund the affected amount.

Product information

We aim to keep descriptions, images and compatibility information accurate. Minor differences in colour, finish or packaging may occur. Please check product measurements and compatibility information before ordering.

Delivery and returns

Delivery estimates and shipping information are set out on our Delivery Information page. Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds page.

Use of the site

Store content, branding and original written material may not be copied or exploited commercially without permission. You must not misuse the website or attempt to interfere with its security or operation.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, or affects consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when your order was placed.
