UK delivery

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Most UK orders arrive approximately 7–14 business days after dispatch. These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

Tracking

Tracking details are provided when available once your order has been dispatched.

Multiple-item orders

If your order contains more than one item, products may be fulfilled separately and arrive in different parcels or on different days.

Address changes and delays

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible; once fulfilment has started, changes may not be possible.

Carrier, customs, weather and peak-period delays can occasionally occur. If your tracking has not updated for an extended period or your order is significantly overdue, contact us and we’ll investigate.
